Your Big Day – Celebrating Your Wedding

I provide solo cello performances, and elegant duos or trios featuring cello with piano or violin. Specialising in wedding ceremonies, canapé and receptions across the Queenstown Lakes District, we bring the soothing, beautiful sounds of classical music to create a calm, enchanting, fairy‑tale atmosphere for your event.

Ceremony: We arrive early to set up and begin playing as your guests arrive. Our repertoire includes light classical, jazz and pop arrangements to create a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere while guests take their seats. You may choose one song for us to learn specifically for your day; for the entrance, signing and exit we then perform that choice plus two or three additional pieces from our repertoire. We supply our own equipment and are happy to advise on song choices and timings.

Canapés: After the ceremony, while you’re having photos taken, we provide enchanting background music from our repertoire to entertain your guests. We typically play for 1 to 1.5 hours, but can tailor the duration to suit your schedule.

Dinner music: For your reception, we offer light ambient music between speeches and during dinner to complement the atmosphere and conversation. There are many options available and we’d love to create something unique that fits your vision for the day.
