Listed prices are based on weddings & events located in Queenstown and are GST inclusive.
Variables, such as travel and additional musicians etc. will alter prices listed.
Refreshments for musicians are appreciated for bookings of 1hr duration or more.
Musicians will take 10min breaks if playing for 1h or more.
Please provide your chosen 3 or 4 ceremony songs or special request with a minimum of 6 weeks prior to your event.

The Artist agrees to perform within the terms of this contract to the best of his/her ability, during the whole of the contract period.
The Artist agrees to attend the performance and necessary sound checks as advised by The Client for a pre-arranged fee. The Artist agrees to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the contracted start time, unless otherwise arranged with The Client.
The Artist agrees they will not arrive for any sound checks, performances or any other events required under this contract under the influence of any alcohol or drug substance.
If The Artist is unable to perform due to illness, accident or physical incapacity, no fee shall be paid to The Artist and The Artist is required to refund all fees paid by The Client up to that date.
If The Artist cancels this agreement for any other reason, such as in favour of another engagement, The Artist shall refund all fees paid by The Client.
In the case of a performance being cancelled at the discretion of The Client within 30 days of the performance date, The Client will be required to pay the full performance fee guarantee to the Artist.
FORCE MAJEURE – Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its part of the contract when a performance becomes impossible due to an act of God or act of Nature, such as extreme weather, flood or fire, enemy action, civil disorder, national mourning, order of a licensee or public authority, industrial disturbances such as strikes, inevitable accidents, war, embargoes, blockades, legal restrictions, riots or insurrections. However, deposits are non-refundable.
The Client agrees to pay The Artist the agreed fee in respect of the services of The Artist as outlined in the Payment Terms of this contract.
Both parties acknowledge that the need may arise to change the agreed time and/or venue of The Artist’s performance and The Client may make these changes with the Artists consent, provided they do not impact on The Artist’s fee and that if any additional expenses are incurred by The Artist as a consequence, that they will be reimbursed by The Client.
The Client agrees to pay the fee plus GST upon receipt of a GST invoice from The Artist as per the terms of this contract.
The Artist acknowledges that The Client may arrange for part of the performance to be videotaped and or photographed for archival or promotional purposes. The Client agrees that such videotaped, filmed or photographed footage/images of The Artist will not be published or disseminated in any means, electronic or otherwise without the prior written consent of The Artist. The Artist will have reciprocal rights to any film or photographic footage taken.
The Parties acknowledge that their relationship is not that of employer/employee, or of partners, but that of independent contracting parties only.
Both parties agree that either party reserves the right to terminate this contract should either party not meet the obligations under the terms of this contract. Both parties agree they will not terminate this contract without issuing a prior formal written warning at least 7 days beforehand.
